Hi! I'm Frank, a Software Engineer at Dell Technologies, where I work on the Node Image Management (NIM) system for VxRail servers.
My focus is on enhancing deployment processes through Jenkins pipelines and advanced network configurations.
Before Dell, I interned at Amazon, where I created features for LLM performance evaluation, developed offline visualization tools, and tracked metrics in real-time with AWS CloudWatch.
I've also optimized delivery routes and added real-time video chat features at Relaymile, and developed OS for LED testing at FitTech.
I’m passionate about exploring new technologies and believe that continuous learning is key to driving innovation.
• Maintained the Node Image Management (NIM) system for installing VxRail servers, ensuring robust and scalable deployment processes.
• Collaborated on building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines to automate the creation and deployment of Node Image Management bundles, streamlining the build and release process.
• Delivered advanced network configurations in VxRail NIM releases, enhancing the installation process to provide a faster and more efficient experience for customers.
• Architected customer-focused features for developers to evaluate LLM performance.
• Developed offline visualization tools, enabling developers to test LLM Agent and monitor user latency and associated expenses.
• Pioneered real-time LLM Agent metric tracking capabilities using AWS CloudWatch..
• Built back-end service application for managing long delivery trips via Python and Flask framework.
• Built real-time video chat applications on each delivery ID via WebRTC.
• Implemented ELD company’s APIs and get drivers’ GPS location, hours of service and On/Off duty status.
• Maintained automatic LED testing equipment’s operating system using C/C++.
• Optimized the XYZ-axis motion, including the axis moving speed, acceleration
rate that could reduce 10% of vibration.
• Built tools that fetches data using Multi-Function DAQ and automatically reports
Z-axis conditions which reduce 90% of manually look up time.
• Developed a Node.js web from scratch for tennis lovers to review courts around them.
• Integrated with Mapbox to locate all the tennis courts in the Atlas MongoDB database.
• Deployed and maintained the website on the AWS EC2 instance.
• Cooperated with UWECE department to develop a web app to simplify and
personalize the degree planning process for students using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
MySQL and Python Django framework.
• Helped students to track progress towards achieving degree pathway goals and import
planned courses directly when registration opens.
• Developed pathway-page of each courses and pre-courses under each pathways provided
by the department.
